Paged has been around since 1881. No wonder that it has some secret archives full of fascinating, sometimes nearly forgotten, models in all shapes and styles. From the Thonet era through mid-century classics to post-modernistic experiments of the shameless eighties. Every once in a while, we take a long walk into the deep past, torch in hand, and resurface with treasures like this one: a folding chair produced for Polish and foreign markets back in the seventies of the long-gone 20th century. After extensive research, design and prototyping, we proudly present the AXIS to you! What we like the most here is simplicity and its main technical characteristic: a state-of-the-art wooden hinge that is also its most appealing detail.
